Uzi Watch

Wrist watches in general are meant to last for a long time because their battery capacities are efficient and their time-tracking capabilities do not consume much power. However, people still replace their watches every now and then simply because they are not durable enough. Durable watches are generally more expensive than ordinary watches but it can be difficult to determine if the watch is really durable enough for long term use. In addition, durable watches may sacrifice in other features such as elegance and readability. The Uzi Watch lineup hopes to meet the demands of people looking for the complete package.

Uzi Watch Company Information

Uzi is a company primarily focused on law enforcement and self-protection. They are known for manufacturing various law enforcement gear from handcuffs to sophisticated metal detectors. They also make different models and sizes of pepper sprays and stun guns. Uzi believes that watches are important pieces of equipment for law enforcement officials that work in dark areas. It can also be a major setback when watches need maintenance which Uzi also hopes to avoid. This is why just about all the different models are durable, reliable, and long lasting.

Uzi Watch Models

Uzi currently offers several models belonging to different Uzi watch families. Uzi offers two Guardian models along with a few Defender and Ballistic models. A large majority of the models are Protector models. Overall, there are over a dozen models to choose from with prices ranging from $30 to around $300.

Uzi Watch Notable Features

The Guardian family of watches is the only available Uzi watch family that each has digital displays. Both of these watches actually have similar features and identical faces. The face display is completely scratch resistant and comes with a back glow light for easy readability in dark areas. The text in the display is oversized so the time can easily be read at a glance. The rugged shock-resistant body also happens to be water resistant to 50 meters as well. Other than the addition of a chronograph, the Uzi Guardian models have the same basic features that are present in other standard watches. The difference between the two models is that one has a rubber strap and the other has a nylon strap. You can tell which strap the watch has by looking at the model code.

This code is adopted by the Protector, Defender, and Ballistic models as well. Many models are luminescent watches featuring quality self-illumination systems that last decades. They are also made up of unique Swiss components and mineral crystals for added value. Most batteries last around 3 years and some of the Defender and Protector models have better water resistance of up to 200 meters.

The Ballistic models are a recommended choice for added toughness as they are scratch, water, and shock resistance. The glass face is virtually indestructible making it great for usage in extreme conditions.

An Uzi watch has a style that many people will appreciate delivering both form and function. This means that these watches reach out well beyond law enforcement people and just about anyone looking for a quality watch may consider an Uzi watch to be a worthy choice.
